My new secret spot

Photobucket">"

This is my post for water and this is also my new secret picture taking spot. My hubby and I found it a month ago. Now I just can't wait until some funky weather comes and I catch it by the river with my camera. If this place went up for sale it would have to be mine. I ran a black and white action on this then ran the vintage and adjusted to my liking. Thanks for looking.

Lovely image - it looks so serene. I hope it stays a secret and no one else finds it! :-)

Oh wow--this IS a cool place! I really like the texture the ivy(?) makes on the tree trunk. Nice PP here, too; very effective.

This photo almost feels lonely and I love that I get a feeling from it! Really outstanding and the noisy conversion really helps.

Oh my, that gate shot is delicious! Love the comp on it, with the soft draping of the flowers. Very nice. And it IS on theme--those flowers needed water in order to bloom, right?? So it's implied water...

OOH, I love that processing on the first shot! I would never have thought to run acid wash on that one but by golly IT WORKS! And you know I LOVE that 2nd one... the grain is just SO AWESOME! :)
